Fuel for a new era.....

Helium as a gas does no magic unlike the natural gas and lpg's but it is sure to hit the markets as a bright new fuel that rocks the world in a state when natural oils and fuels come to a still. It is a joint venture of the Oil and Natural Gas Commission and Kolkata based Variable Energy Cyclotron Centre to identify and harness the Helium resources. Spread widely in its applications, helium is used in defense, nuclear technology, space research, medical sciences, etc., it is mainly imported into India, mainly from US. It is at this hour, that the geysers found in Kuthalam offshore oilfields, about 30 km from Pondicherry is selected for installation of a prototype plant. Scientists feel that the Indian hot springs and oil fields has stored abundant helium resources in its stomach for future use.

A Black hole is born....

NASA's Swift orbiting observatory detected the gamma ray burst of the collision between two dense neutron stars recentlyand pointed its visible light and X-ray telescopes at the collision about a minute later, said Neil Gehrels, lead scientist for the Swift mission. This denotes the birth of a new black hole in the space. The black hole is formed due to the collision of massive stars that die out to collide which produces black hole. It is so dense that even light can escape out through it and the resulting gravitational force sends out bunches of gamma rays shooting out across time and space.
For more interesting trivia on this burst of stars, watch...

Get...Set....Go.......

Its time for having a break from the hectic schedule of daily works that are kept aside during this summer, for, there is a real break from the entertainers around us. Yeah, it is all about the film makers who throng this summer season with a bunch of hits that are sure to make the audience hail aloud. Including the most expected film from director Shankar's den, Anniyan which is likely to hit the box office on May 22, there are also slices of films from Hollywood that make the viewers terrorized through their magnificence. The home film, Anniyan, is also expected to be one of the greatest ventures by the lead hero Vikram who has got a real break after the gr8 Sethu; and in this he is expected to become a real superman with awe-inspiring stunts and breath-taking sets that cost more than a low-budget film. It is said that Shankar has put 1.5 crores on creating a set for a single song sequence, then imagine the film's budget.(whooooppppppssssssssss.......) very costly indeed.
But, all these are juz based on the previews about the film's release. Already, the new year releases have made the people prepared for a gr8 welcome session to this film. Also, the Mumbai Express which failed to link the audience with the story and the Sachien that started off silently after a gr8 stay order from the courts are on the race, rather out of race. The exception to the releases is the Rajini starrer Chandramukhi which had accumulated lotsa masse collections in the box office still with long queues outside the cinemas, thronged by people even after days of release and also it is appealing to the people. Let us see what happens at the box office.....

Days go on and on.....

Let us hope the summer is somewhat less than that we can resist. The days seem to be sooooo longgggggg and the scorching sun makes us feel a bit tense and beware, there is a possibility of being a victim of sunstroke when u r exposing urselves to the bright diva, The Sun. Enjoy the warmth of a cool atmosphere under a fan or an AC, juz be coooool and enjoy this summer without any misadventures..........wishing u all a gr8 adventure.....
